Based on my experience as a qigong, yoga, meditation and sports teacher, I put together movements that help direct awareness into the body and thereby calm the mind. Since I started studying sports in 2000, I have been working extensively with the subject of harmonizing the body and mind in a healthy way.
I practice movement and mindfulness training in the form of qigong, yoga, meditation, dance and piano playing every day.
What gives me great pleasure is to share and pass on what fascinates and moves me. I carefully respond to your initial situation and needs and guide you through a coordinated training session.

Training can take place outdoors in the Zurich area or indoors in a studio near Idaplatz.
